How to Pay Your Loan

1. Visit any CRDB agent or branch.
2. Request to make a payment to Victoria Finance.
3. Provide your Control Number (VFLN).
4. Pay the amount you wish to repay.

1. Dial *150*01#
2. Select 4 — Pay Bill
3. Select 3 — Company Number
4. Enter company number: 900600
5. Enter your Control Number (VFLN)
6. Enter the payment amount
7. Confirm that it shows CRDB → Victoria Finance, then approve the transaction

1. Go to Payments → More Payments → Victoria Finance
2. Enter your Control Number (VFLN)
3. Tap Get Details
4. Review the loan details
5. Enter the payment amount
6. Tap Proceed
7. Tap Confirm to complete the payment

If you do not use the SimBanking app, ensure your balance is at least TZS 100, then dial *150*03# and follow these steps:

1. Select 1
2. Select 4
3. Select 6
4. Select 5
5. Select 7
6. Type VIC
7. Select 1 — Victoria Finance
8. Enter your Control Number (VFLN)
9. Review the details
10. Enter the amount and complete the payment
